A partial lockdown has been imposed in the Chinese capital, Beijing.

According to a foreign news agency, a partial lockdown has been imposed in the Chinese capital Beijing after 7 cases of corona virus were reported in one day.

Of the seven reported cases, six occurred in the southern district of Dexing.

During the partial lockdown, 1.6 million citizens of Dexing District will be barred from leaving Beijing.

Citizens must report negative 3 days prior to leaving Beijing.

The district government has banned the gathering of 50 or more people.
