“The withdrawal of troops is underway, but if the withdrawal of foreign troops from Afghanistan is not completed on time, we will have to make important and necessary decisions,” Baradar said. He also called on the Afghan government to release the Taliban prisoners as soon as possible to pave the way for talks.
