Discovery of pink water lake in UAE
UAE students discover a rare pink lake in Ras Al Khaimah.
According to Gulf News, the students saw a pink water lake on the coast line in Ras Al Khaimah, which they shared on a social networking site.
Users were so taken aback by the photos shared on social media that they quickly started promoting it, and it went viral as soon as they saw it, and now everyone else in the UAE is talking about it.

Ammar al-Farsi, a 19-year-old university student, drew a picture of the lake, which he himself named Pink Lake, the report said.
The student said he took the picture from Saraya Island with the help of a drone. The lake is about 100 meters away from the site but is located within the Ras Al Khaimah area. The lake is about 10 meters wide and 40 meters wide, he said.

An environmentalist said the lake’s water had turned pink due to the Hello-Bacteria, and that the water may also contain the worldly Selena. He said both metals or chemicals thrive in salt water.
